Accordingly, last and final opportunity is given to the respondent side either to deposit the entire arrears of rent in terms of order dated 02.03.2020 in the present matter as directed by the NDOH or to file stay order, if any, passed by the Ld. Appellate court on the NDOH, failing which no further opportunity shall be granted and appropriate order shall be passed in the matter.
