At a secured place in the Toll Plaza office, the remaining 195 packets of dark green coloured leaves with flowering tops which were wrapped in brown colour plastic tape, the content of each of these packets were individually tested with testing kit. AND every time the test result were fouND to be positive for presence of Marijuana/Ganja. There after, as the total 197 packets were fouND similar in odour, colour aND texture, aND as the content in the every packet answered positive, the 197 packets were repacked in 18 numbers of white colour plastic gunny bags. According to each gunny bags capacity, the contents were loaded. There after, each gunny bags were weighed aND they were marked as P1 to P18. P1 to P17 weighed 25 kgs each aND P18 weighed 13. 420 kgs. There after, the packing materials used for the 197 packets were dumped in a separate white colour gunny bag aND marked as P19. Lables containing the details were prepared aND pasted on all the 19 gunny bags. There after each of these 19 gunny bags were sealed with NCB seal No. 11. There after each of the three suspected persons namely Sidagam Veera Venkatta Lova Kumar, Narala Satyananarayana aND Ramachandrulu Ramireddy were called aND issued notice U/s 50 of NDPS Act individually. At the same time, they were also informed about their legal rights to be searched in the presence of Magistrate or Gazetted officer in Telugu language through one of the Telugu knowing staff. But they have waived their rights, agreed to be searched by the officers present there aND they also recorded their consent in writing aND had signed in the U/s. 50 of NDPS notice. **For want of time, the chief examination is postponed to next hearing. ** Taken down by me/before me in open Court, interpreted/read over to the witness aND admitted by the deponent to be correct.
