The document shown to me is the letter dated 11. 07. 2016 sent by me to CBI by which I have forwarded the computer printout of the application form, ID proof aND statement of transactions co pertaining to the credit card no. 5241 8263 9461 5427 in the name of Sh. .

P. 9 during the period from 05. 10. 2011 to 18. 04. 2014, the total amount speND by Mr. A.
