I am presently working as Senior Branch Manager in Bangalore CA Branch Under Division-I LIC. In 2016 I was working as Administrative Officer, CRM Department, LIC of India in Tirunelveli Divisional Office. On the request of the CBI I have furnished documents pertaining to 3 policies. Out of the 3 policies two pertains py to Mr. Paramasivan aND another pertains to Miss. P. Evangline daughter of Mr. Paramasivan.

1. The policy No. 320040381 is also in the name of Mr. Paramasivan policy commenced on 04. 03. 2005 under this policy premium amount of Rs. 1, 490/- was paid by the policy holder from 01. 01. 2010 to 22. 04. 2014 the total amount paid for the policy is Rs. 25, 330/- by Mr. Paramasivan. e
2. The policy No. 321428329 is also in the name of Mr. Paramasivan policy commenced on 21. 02. 2005 under this policy premium amount of Rs. 212/- was paid by the policy holder from 01. 01. 2010 to 22. 04. 2014 the total amount paid for the policy is Rs. 10, 812/- by Mr. Paramasivan. b
3. The policy No. 321779608 is in the name of Miss. P. Evangline, D/o. Mr. Paramasivan policy commenced on 28. 03. 2004 under this policy premium amount of Rs. 386/- was paid from 01. 01. 2010 to 22. 04. 2014 the total amount paid for the policy is Rs. 6, 562/ by Mr. Paramasivan. ( The above said policy already marked as Ex. P. 90. ) c Based on the deputation letter given by Senior Divisional Manager Mr. J. Sunder Rajan, LIC of India, Tirunelveli Division I have appeared before the CBI aND I submitted the above said documents. With the said letter I submitted the status report aND premium paid certificate in respect of Ex. P. 90. I can identify the signature of Mr. J Sunder Rajan as I worked under him. **( The above said document already marked as Ex. P. 91. ) CBI Examined me. ** op

Mr. J. Sunder Rajan expired but I am not aware of date of death. The Ex. P. 90 w

document does not bear my signature. I deny the fact that I couLd. not give evidence based on Ex. P. 90.
