**Chief Examination: **

I am presently working as Senior Audit Officer with Western Railway, Mumbai at Ahmedabad Branch. During 2018, I was working as Administrative Officer at the Office of Comptroller aND Auditor General of India, New Delhi. During that time Mr. Praveer Kumar was the Principal Director (personnel). The document (L. D. No. 90) shown to me is the letter dated 28. 05. 2018 sent by our Principal Director forwarding the certified copy of declaration submitted by Mr. A. Paramasivam regarding his dependents detailing family members. As per the said declaration, Mr. Paramasivam has declared his father Sh. . Alagar aged 68 years aND his mother Mrs. Rajapushpam aged 60 years as his dependents for the purpose of claiming reimbursement of medical charges aND Leave Travelling Concession (LTC). The said declaration has been submitted by him on 14. 12. 2005, when he joined as IA & AS officer trainee at National Academy of Audit aND Accounts, Shimla. The CBI officials has also sought bcop Taken down before me, read over to the witness aND admitted by him to be correct aND signed before me. The letter dated 28. 05. 2018 along with the certified copy of self declaration dated 14. 12. 2005 of dependents of Mr. A. Paramasivam is now marked as Exhibit P. 32 (two sheets) through PW 10. The above said self declaration has been certified by me after taking from the original. eb

Cross Examination:

On perusal of Exhibit P. 32 self declaration in the last paragraph, Mr. Paramasivam has declared that only his wife will claim the medical charges in his favour aND striked out children / sisters aND dependent parents. In exhibit P. 32 dependency declaration form only my seal aND signature are fouND aND there is no certification as it was compared with original. I am not aware whether Mr. Paramasivam has claimed any medical reimbursement / LTC for his parents. co
