| that his senior will appear. | ||
| Later, Advocate Sh. . J. Rymbai was called to appear twice | ||
| but he failed aND till 6: 00 pm none appeared. | ||
| Further, counsel for the Complainant simply appeared | ||
| without making any submissions, it is presumed that they | ||
| are least interested in the matter. However, keeping in | ||
| miND that the fault is of the counsels for the Complainant | ||
| aND not of the Complainant, I am of the opinion that the | ||
| Complainant shouLd. be given an opportunity to be heard, | ||
| let this matter be fixed again on 09. 05. 23 | ||
