I, A. A. Mali, Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No. 2), Akot, Dist. Akola hereby charge you-
Dinkar S/o Ramnath Panbhak, aged about 42 years, Occu. Driver. as follows: that, on 29/11/2023 at about 08: 30 PM at on public road at village Badegaon, near sub-way, drove bus bearing Registration No. MH30Y5328 in a manner so rashed or negligent as to endanger human life or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person aND thereby committed offence punishable U/s. 279 of IPC within the cognizance of this Court. Secondly, on the same date time aND place you committed mischief aND thereby caused loss or damage to the amount of Rs. 50/ or upwards to the informant by causing damage to the tractor aND cover (tadpatri) in possession of the informant bearing No. MH30AB8074 aND thereby committed offence punishable U/s. 427 of IPC within the cognizance of this Court. Lastly, you drove aforesaid Bus at a speed or in a manner which was dangerous to the public which caused a sense of alarm or distress to the occupants of the vehicle, other road users aND persons near road having regard to all the circumstances of case including the (Page No. 2) nature, condition aND use of the place where the vehicle was driven aND the amount of traffic which actually was at that time or which might have reasonably expected at that time, to be in that place aND thereby committed offence punishable U/s. 84 of Motor Vehicle Act, within the cognizance of this Court. AND I hereby direct that, you be tried by this Court for the said charge.
