Both the parties have apprised the Court that the request for stay made by the respondent before the Ld. Appellate Court has been declined by the Ld. Appellate Court on the last date of hearing i.e. 27.10.2023 and the respondent has been directed to take steps for compliance of the judgment dated 02.03.2020 by the Ld. Appellate Court.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent shall take steps for compliance of the directions of the Ld. Appellate Court once the certified copy of the order passed by the Ld. Appellate Court is made available to the parties.

In view of the same, both the parties are directed to file on record certified copy of the order passed by the Ld. Appellate Court on 27.10.2023 on the NDOH.

Now, put up for filing of order/ further proceedings on the NDOH i.e. 11.12.2023.
