After LDOH on 18.07.2023, written statement was filed on behalf of defendant along with application u/o VIII Rule 1 r/w Sec. 151 CPC, for seeking condonation of delay in filing the written statement.

Also thereafter on 25.08.2023, replication was filed on behalf of plaintiff. Copy already supplied to opposite side.

Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he has no objection if delay in filing the written statement is condoned.
