At this stage, Accused has appeared in person aND submits that she had to make payment in some other matter before the court of Ld. ASJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, therefore, she was unable to make the payment to the Complainant in compliance of order dated 15. 01. 2025. Accused seeks one more opportunity to pay the remaining amount by eND of April 2025 as per the terms of the mediation settlement. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant per contra submits that at each default, payment of Rs. 50, 000/- was also to be made as penalty towards the Complainant. In view of the submissions made, one last opportunity is granted to the Accused to make the remaining payment by April 2025 alongwith the penalty. Put up for verification of payment on 05. 05. 2025.
