Rather claim petition shows that the same was filed originally without details of the driver aND subsequently amended memo of parties shall be filed. On Tribunal query, Ld. Counsel submits that the details of R2 have been taken from Superdaari Order. He seeks time to file on record the copy of Superdaari order.
