Suit. Present: Sh. Hemant Goel aND Ms. Saloni, Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff. An application u/o 6 Rule 17 of CPC along with amended plaint was filed on behalf of the Plaintiff. Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff argued that there were some typographical mistakes in earlier plaint aND now through amended plaint he wants to rectify those errors. The case is at initial stage. Even till now, summons were not issued to Defendant. The amended in plaint does not change the nature of the Suit. In view of the same, the application of the Plaintiff is hereby allowed aND amended plaint is taken on record.

The application stands disposed off.

At this stage, Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff submits that he wants to treat the present Suit as ordinary Suit on the instruction of his client/Plaintiff. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

In view of the same, the present Suit is hereby treated as ordinary

Let summons for settlement of issues be issued to Defendant through all permissible modes on filing of P. F. /R. C. /Speed Post.
