Vide present applications, the applicant/accused Rajeev Jain has filed intimation of his arrival to India from Maldives in compliance of order dated 10.01.2023.

The details of his travel w.e.f. 26.01.2023 to 30.01.2023 are mentioned in the applications. Copy of his passport is enclosed with these applications.

It is mentioned in these applications that since there was no requirement of Visa to travel to Maldives, the applicant/accused has not filed copy of Visa along with these applications.

The intimation along with copy of passport of Rajeev Jain is taken on record.

Through these applications, the applicant/accused Sh. Rajeev Jain has prayed to release him the FDRs of Rs.20,00,000/(Rupees Twenty Lakh Only) each deposited in the court in terms of order dated 10.01.2023.

In view of the submissions made, let the FDRs placed on record in terms of order dated 10.01.2023 be released to applicant/ accused Rajeev Jain, against proper acknowledgment.

Let a copy of this order be also sent to the Bank concerned to release the amount of FDRs to applicant/accused Sh. Rajeev Jain.
