APPLICATIONS DATED 22.11.2022 ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT/ACCUSED SH. NAVEEN JINDAL FOR PLACING ON RECORD THE ITINERARY TO TRAVEL OMAN AND UAE FROM 26.11.2022 TO 28.11.2022 and 03.12.2022 to 06.12.2022.

It is mentioned in these applications that vide order dated 14.07.2022 passed by this court, the applicant/accused Sh. Naveen Jindal was granted permission to travel abroad in connection with his business interests subject to the condition that he 'shall intimate the court about his travel plan not later than three days before actual date of journey and also furnish complete itinerary'.

It is further mentioned in these applications that the applicant is urgently required to travel to Oman and UAE from 26.11.2022 to 28.11.2022 and 03.12.2022 to 06.12.2022 in connection with business interest. These applications are accompanied with Annexure A-1 i.e. Invitation letter dated 21.11.2022, as mentioned in paragraph 3.

In paragraph 4 of these applications, the applicant/accused Sh. Naveen Jindal has undertaken that he will neither dispute his identity nor question the legitimacy of any proceedings done including recording prosecution evidence in his absence.

It is also mentioned in these applications that there is no apprehension that the applicant will tamper with evidence and further he will not influence any witness of the prosecution or tamper with any kind of evidence.

As prayed, the itinerary furnished by the applicant/accused Sh. Naveen Jindal is taken on record.

The applications are accordingly disposed off.
