APPLICATIONS DATED 15.07.2022 ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT SH. NAVEEN JINDAL FOR CHANGE IN ITINERARY IN ORDER DATED 14.07.2022.

In these applications filed by applicant/accused Sh. Naveen Jindal, it is prayed that applicant/accused be allowed to travel to UAE from 20.07.2022 to 24.07.2022 and again from 28.07.2022 to 01.08.2022 in addition to permission granted vide order dated 14.07.2022.

It is mentioned in the applications that vide order dated 14.07.2022 permission was granted by this Court to applicant/accused Naveen Jindal to travel to UK & Europe, Guinea, Mozambique, Nigeria, Venezuela, Brazil and Trinidad & Tobago from 20.07.2022 to 31.07.2022. However, due to change in schedule of meetings, the applicant is now required to travel to UAE additionally from

20.07.2022 to 24.07.2022 and again from 28.07.2022 to 01.08.2022. Invitation in this regard is annexed with applications as Annexure-A-1. Staying address of applicant/accused during aforesaid visits is also mentioned in the applications.

In view of the submissions made, the applicant/accused is allowed to travel to UAE from 20.07.2022 to 24.07.2022 and again from 28.07.2022 to 01.08.2022 in addition to permission granted vide order dated 14.07.2022, subject to terms and conditions mentioned in that order.

Applications are disposed off accordingly.

Copy of this Order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused.
