Vide present applications, a prayer has been made to modify the order dated 01.06.2022 and thereby permit the applicant to now travel to Spain from 09 th June to 11 th June 2022 and to Oman, Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Botswana from 16 th June to 29 th June, 2022. Considered.
Perusal of records shows that vide order dated 01.06.2022 applicant/accused Sh. Naveen Jindal has been granted permission to travel abroad to Turkey, France, Hungary, UK & Europe, Guinea, Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Botswana from 05.06.2022 to 30.06.2022.
However, now it has been submitted through the present applications that the applicant is now required to travel to Spain from 9 th June to 11 th June 2022 in place of Hungary and thereafter, applicant is further required to travel to Oman in addition to Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Botswana.
Ld. ALA Sh. V.K. Sharma for CBI and Ld. Special PP Sh. Rajesh Batra for ED submits that they have no objection to the modification of order dated 01.06.2022, as prayed through present applications.

Considering the submissions made, the order date 01.06.2022 is modified to the extent that now the applicant/accused Naveen Jindal is permitted to travel to Spain from 09 th June to 11 th June 2022 and to Oman, Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, South Africa and Botswana from 16 th June to 29 th June, 2022, subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 01.06.2022.
Applications are disposed off accordingly.
A copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for applicant/ accused, as prayed for.
