APPLICATION DATED 08.04.2022 ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT SH. NAVEEN JINDAL FOR MODIFICATION OF ORDER DATED 06.04.2022 THEREBY ALLOWING THE APPLICANT TO TRAVEL TO UAE, OMAN, GUINEA, VENEZUELA AND LIBERIA FROM 9 TH APRIL, 2022 TO 18 TH APRIL, 2022 INSTEAD OF UAE, OMAN, NIGERIA, GUINEA, VENEZUELA AND LIBERIA FROM 8 TH TO 18 TH APRIL, 2022.
Vide present applications, it has been submitted that vide order dated 06.04.2022, this Court had granted permission to the applicant/accused Naveen Jindal to travel to UAE, Oman, Nigeria, Guinea, Venezuela and Liberia from 8 th April to 18 th April, 2022. However, due to change in itinerary, the applicant is now required to travel from 9 th to 18 th April, 2022 to these countries but will not be going to Nigeria. The details of travel of the applicant/accused have been mentioned in the applications along with relevant annexures and it is submitted that applicant will return back to India on 18.04.2022.
Ld. DLA Sh. Sanjay Kumar for CBI submitted that as per instruction of Sh. V.K sharma, Ld. ALA of CBI, the applications be disposed of taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case. Ld. Counsel Sh. Rajesh Batra with Ld. Special PP Sh. N.K. Matta also submitted that the applications be decided taking into account the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case.

Considering the submissions made, the applications filed on behalf of applicant/accused Naveen Jindal are allowed subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in order dated 06.04.2022.
