An application is filed on behalf of Directorate of Enforcement for placing on record amended memo of parties. It is mentioned in the application that there is a typographical error in the memo of parties and now corrected memo of parties is being submitted for placing the same on record.
The application is allowed as it is only for filing corrected memo of parties.
In this case, the prosecution complaint was filed on 13.07.2018 and cognizance was taken of the offence u/s 3 & 4 of the PMLA Act, 2002 against all the fifteen accused persons on 14.08.2018. In the complaint, it was mentioned
that investigation under PMLA Act in this case is still being carried out. The ongoing investigation may necessitate the filing of additional documents/material and/or addition of accused in the complaint with the permission of the court.
On 11.12.2018, the IO was impressed upon to expedite further investigation.
Now, supplementary complaint has been filed on 15.03.2022 against Accused Nos. 16 to 28.
There are certain Court queries viz-a-viz supplementary complaint.
On the request of Ld. Counsel Sh. Rajesh Batra, list on 30.04.2022 for clarifications on supplementary complaint. On the said date, the personal presence of the accused would not be required as the said date is only for clarifications on supplementary complaint.
