It is mentioned in the applications that the applicant Sh. Naveen Jindal travelled to Oman from 10.02.2022 and returned back to India on 13.02.2022 regarding which, the IO has already been informed vide letter dated 17.02.2022 (copy enclosed).
The said applications along with copies of passport and Visa and copy of letter dated 31.01.2022 are taken on record.
The applications are accordingly disposed of.
Sh. V.K. Sharma, Ld. DLA for CBI submits that he has no objection with regard to the present three applications of the applicant/accused of seeking permission to travel to Guinea and Mozambique from 22.02.2022 to 27.02.2022. However, he submitted that earlier also, after the applicant was granted permission to travel abroad, he had filed applications for change of itinerary at last moment which wastes precious time of the court and everyone. Therefore, he submitted that the order be passed on Monday i.e., on 21.02.2022 so that possibility of any change in itinerary/or any other modification, if any is known before final order is passed on the present three applications.
Ld. Counsels for applicant/accused submitted that they have no objection in that regard.
In these circumstances, put up for orders on the present three applications on 21.02.2022 at 10:00 am .
