Vide office order No. 1/RG/DHC/2022 dated 12.01.2022 issued by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, it has been directed that District Courts in Delhi w.e.f. 17.01.2022 to 11.02.2022 shall hold courts through virtual mode only.
The hearing of the present matter is being taken up via Cisco WebEx Platform in the presence (on-screen) of:

IO/AD Sh. Arun Kumar has filed the progress report wherein it is mentioned that in compliance of order dated 19.01.2022, notice was sent on the email ID of the A-3 Company i.e., M/s Sowbhagya Media Ltd. (through its director), Hyderabad on 20.01.2022. It is further mentioned that on the same day i.e., on 20.01.2022, copy of the above said notice along with the letter dated 20.01.2022 (copy enclosed) was also sent through speedpost on 20.01.2022. It is also mentioned in the progress report that the said speedpost along with the above letter returned back with the remark/tracking report (copy enclosed) that the 'item returned - addressee left without instructions'.
It is prayed to take on record the submissions made in the said progress report.
Neither any AR nor any of the Directors of A-3 company is coming to defend the case against the said company.
In circumstances, the above application is allowed and the Ld. Counsel Mohd. Wasey Khan is discharged as counsel of A-3 company i.e., M/s Sowbhagya Media Ltd.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
Since, the information of return of applicant/accused no. 12 Sh. Rajeev Aggarwal to India on 23.01.2022 has already come in the order sheet dated 27.01.2022 of this court, the present application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of accordingly.
Matter be taken up on the date already fixed i.e., 05.03.2022 .
