It is mentioned in the application that vide order dated 14.02.2025 applicant/accused was allowed to travel to Oman from 16.02.2025 to 18.02.2025 with the direction to inform within seven days to the IO and the Court about his arrival in India.

It is further mentioned in the applications that applicant travelled abroad on 16.02.2025 and came back to India on 18.02.2025. The detailed itinerary of his travel is mentioned in the application and the copy of his passport is also annexed with the application as Annexure A-1.

It is accordingly prayed to take on record the above details of travel of the applicant.

Ld. DLA for CBI and Ld. SPP for DoE submitted that they have no objection, if the present application are allowed.

A perusal of order dated 14.02.2025 shows that the applicant/accused was given permission to travel abroad from 16.02.2025 to 01.03.2025 to several countries including Oman. Yesterday, the applicant/accused had filed another application seeking permission to visit Azerbaijan also in addition to several countries mentioned in order dated 14.02.2025.

As per present applications, the applicant has visited only Oman on 16.02.2025 and returned on 18.02.2025.

It was submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused at the time of hearing that the applicant will not be visiting any other country mentioned in order dated 14.02.2025 till 01.03.2025 as was planned by him earlier and will take permission of the Court in case he has to travel abroad again to any other country including the countries for which he was given the permission for travelling abroad vide order dated 14.02.2025.

In view of the submissions made, the applications are allowed and intimation of applicant/accused is taken on record.

Applications are disposed off accordingly.
