It is mentioned in this application that applicant/accused was granted permission by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 to travel to Nairobi, Kenya from 27.11.2024 to 17.12.2024 and applicant/accused as per his itinerary returned back to India on 17.12.2024. Copy of passport along with the immigration stamps and copy of visa of the applicant/accused are annexed as Annexure A with the present application. Details of places travelled by applicant/accused are also mentioned in the application.
It is prayed in the application that FDR of Rs. 25 lakhs furnished by the applicant/accused as security amount may also be released.

Ld. Advocate for DoE Sh. Ansh Singh Luthra submitted that he has gone through the present application and he has no objection, if the same is allowed and FDR of Rs. 25 lakhs is returned to applicant/accused.
In view of the submissions made, the intimation of applicant/accused Siddharth Madra is taken on record and FDR of Rs. 25 lakhs furnished by him as security to this travel order, is ordered to be returned to him, against proper acknowledgment.
Application disposed off accordingly.
A letter be also written to bank concerned intimating that this Court has no objection, if the amount of this FDR is encashed in favour of its rightful owner.
