Exemption application seeking exemption from personal appearance is filed on behalf of applicant/accused Naveen Jindal. It is mentioned in the application that applicant is one of the Speaker's at the Inauguration of the India's First Constitution Museum to commence the 75 th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and therefore, is unable to appear before this Court today. For the reason mentioned in the exemption application, same is allowed for today only.

Board Resolutions have been filed by Sh. Narendra Nath Mohanta, Sh. Mukesh Singh, Sh. Dinesh Kumar for aforesaid companies. Same are taken on record. They are directed to appear on each and every date of hearing.

Rajesh Batra submitted that the name of this company has been struck off from the records of RoC and is no more in existence. He, therefore, submitted that the name of this company be deleted from the names of accused in this case.

Ld. Special PP for DoE Sh. N.K. Matta submitted that supplementary complaint and supporting documents thereof have been dispatched to the accused persons through Speed Post. Ld. Counsels for A-1, A-7, A-9, A-10, A-11 A-12, A-13, A-20, A-21, A-22, A-23 and A-27 submitted that they have received the supplementary complaint and supporting documents thereof. Rest of the Ld. Counsel for accused submitted that they are yet to receive the same. It is submitted on behalf of Sh. N.K. Matta that since the supplementary complaint and supporting documents have been dispatched recently, the accused who have yet to receive them shall receive the supplementary complaint with supporting documents through Postal Department shortly.

Soft copy of the supplementary complaint and supporting documents have been provided by the Ahlmad of the Court to the Ld. Counsel Sh. Harshit Sethi representing A-16 to A-25. Let a soft copy of the supplementary complaint and supporting documents be also provided to Ld. Counsel for A-27.
