It is mentioned in the application that applicant is one of the Speaker's at the Inauguration of the India's First Constitution Museum to commence the 75 th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and therefore, is unable to appear before this Court today. For the reason mentioned in the exemption application, same is allowed for today only.

He, therefore, submitted that the name of this company be deleted from the names of accused in this case.
Ld. Special PP for DoE Sh. N.K. Matta submitted that supplementary complaint and supporting documents thereof have been dispatched to the accused persons through Speed Post. Ld. Counsels for A-1, A-7, A-9, A-10, A-11 A-12, A-13, A-20, A-21, A-22, A-23 and A-27 submitted that they have received the supplementary complaint and supporting documents thereof. Rest of the Ld. Counsel for accused submitted that they are yet to receive the same. It is submitted on behalf of Sh. N.K. Matta that since the supplementary complaint and supporting documents have been dispatched recently, the accused who have yet to receive them shall receive the supplementary complaint with supporting documents through Postal Department shortly.
