05.09.2024, whereby applicant/accused Gyan Swaroop Garg was permitted by this Court to travel to Milan, Italy from 05.10.2024 to 12.10.2024 in connection with his business meetings. Copy of passport and copy of visa of applicant/accused Gyan Swaroop Garg are also annexed with the intimations as Annexure-A1.

It is mentioned in the intimations that flight of applicant was delayed on 12.10.2024, therefore, the applicant was arrived on 13.10.2024.

It is accordingly, prayed to take the said intimation of arrival on record.

Ld. DLA for CBI Sh. A.P. Singh submits that there is one day delay in arrival of applicant/accused in India, as per the permission sought by him.

Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused submits that this fact of delay has already been mentioned in the intimations and this delay was caused only due to delay of flight by which applicant/accused was coming to India. Ld. Counsel accordingly requested that this one day delay be condoned.

In view of the submissions made and considering the fact that as per the applicant the flight was delayed, the delay of one day is condoned and the intimations are taken on record.
