APPLICATION DATED 05.09.2024 ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT/ACCUSED SH. SIDDHARTH MADRA INTIMATING THE COURT ABOUT HIS ARRIVAL BACK IN INDIA AFTER TRAVELLING TO NAIROBI, KENYA FROM 02.08.2024 TO 31.08.2024.

It is mentioned in this application that applicant/accused was permitted to travel abroad to Nairobi, Kenya from 02.08.2024 to 31.08.2024 vide order dated 26.07.2024 and after undertaking the journey, he returned back to India on 31.08.2024. A copy of the applicant/accused passport along with the immigration stamps and a copy of his visa are annexed with the present application and marked as Annexure A-1 (colly).

The details of the applicant/accused itinerary and the places visited by him are also mentioned in the aforesaid application.

A prayer is made to release the FDR of Rs. 25 lakhs furnished by applicant/accused as security amount, in compliance of

order granting permission to travel abroad.

Ld. Advocate Sh. Ansh Singh Luthra for DoE submits that he has no objection, if the present application is allowed.

Considering the submissions made, the intimation is taken on record and FDR of Rs. 25,00,000/- is directed to be released in favour of applicant/accused against proper acknowledgment.

A letter be written to bank concerned for releasing the amount of said FDR in favour of its rightful owner.
