permitted to travel to Japan from 02.12.2023 to 10.12.2023, however, due to cancellation of few meetings, the applicant/accused Sushil Maroo is now travelling to Japan on 05.12.2023 and is coming back on 10.12.2023. The staying details of applicant/accused in Japan is also mentioned in the applications.
The applications are accompanied with separate original undertakings of applicant/accused Sushil Kumar Maroo and his Ld. Counsel Sh. Shishir Mathur.
An original Deposit Confirmation/Renewal Advice in the name of Sh. Sushil Kumar Maroo for a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- of HDFC Bank Ltd., Vasant Vihar, New Delhi is also placed on record.
Ld. DLA for CBI and Ld. Advocate for DoE submit that they have no objection, if the applications of applicant/accused are allowed.
