Siddhesh Kotwal are filed in compliance of order dated 25.09.2023, whereby the applicant/accused Sh. Rajeev Aggarwal was permitted to travel to Dubai/Abu Dhabi from 02.10.2023 to 06.10.2023.
It is mentioned in the affidavit of undertaking filed on behalf of accused Sh. Rajeev Aggarwal that he had already furnished an FDR bearing account nos. 102713002906 dated 05.03.2021 and 1027130071313 dated 26.03.2023 for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/(Rupees Five Lakh Only).
Along with his undertaking, the applicant/accused has
also filed copy of system generated letter of Fixed Deposit Advice bearing no. 102713002906 dated 05.12.2018 of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) in the present case.
Soft copies of undertakings along with system generated letter of Fixed Deposit Advice supplied to ED.
The undertakings of applicant/accused Sh. Rajeev Aggarwal and his Ld. Advocate Sh. Siddhesh Kotwal alongwith system generated letter of above mentioned Fixed Deposit Advice are taken on record.
Letter be sent to the concerned bank not to release the above FDR without leave of the court.
