Ld. counsel for Plaintiff has filed the amended memo of parties. Be taken on record. Further, it is submitted by Ld. counsel for Plaintiff that he does not wiSh. to file any replication. Both the parties submit that they do not wiSh. to file the affidavit of admission/denial of documents. From the pleadings of parties aND submissions made, the following issues are settled:

• 1. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to a decree of declaration, as prayed for? OPP
• 2. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to a decree of mandatory injunction, as prayed for? OPP
• 3. Relief. No other issue arises or pressed by the Ld. Counsels. Parties are directed to file their list of witnesses aND original documents, if any, within 15 days from today stating the details of the witnesses aND the purpose they have to be examined. Put up for PE on 20. 09. 2024 for which Plaintiff is directed to file affidavit of all PWs by next date of hearing after supplying advance copies of the same to opposite counsels at least 15 days prior to next date of hearing.
