State Vs. Asif & Prabhjot PCH-577-20 Present: APP for the State. Accused Prabhjot Singh on bail alongwith Sh. Mandeep Singh, Advocate. Accused Asif Noor absent. NBW issued against the Accused Asif Noor received back unexecuted. Perusal of the file reveals that earlier Accused has been summoned through non bailable warrants. In spite of issuance of non bailable warrants against the Accused he has intentionally evaded the process of this court aND has failed to appear before the court. Accordingly, this court is satisfied that the presence of said Accused cannot be procured through non bailable warrants. There are sufficient reasons to believe that the Accused is intentionally absconding to conceal his presence aND to evade the process of this court. Accordingly, proclamation to ensure the presence of Accused be effected on or before 12. 06. 2023, requiring the Accused to appear before this court on 25. 07. 2023 at 10. 00 a. m. The proclamation shall be effected in accordance with provisions of section 82 (2) (i). To come up on 12. 06. 2023, awaiting the report of serving constable in respect of proclamation.
