The Accused Asif Noor, however, has not appeared before the Court, nor any exemption application has been filed on his behalf. Case called out number of times. It is already 4 pm. As such, in such circumstances, since the Accused Asif Noor, in failing to appear before the Court, has violated the conditions of his bail order as such, his bail stands cancelled. The sureties furnished by him are also cancelled aND forfeited to the State. In order to secure the presence of the Accused, he is directed to be summoned through non-bailable warrants for 15. 12. 2022.
