No. DSJ-EC-2020/5210 dated 13. 11. 2020 of Learned District & Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, the case stands adjourned to 09. 02. 2021 for the purpose already fixed. In the wake of the aforesaid instructions the Accused is not appearing in the Court. So, no adverse order are to be passed against Accused.
