On the other haND, Defendant No. 1 & 3 also appeared through the Ld. G. P. on 05/04/2021. In view of the above, I hoLd. that the statutory period to submit the written statement has already expired. Accordingly, petition no. 4548/21 stands rejected. The Suit shall proceed ex-parte against all the three Defendants.
