This suit is coming on today before me in the presence of Sri Chandra Anjenavulug, Advocate for the Plaintiff and Sri N.Lakshmi Narayana, Advocate for defendant and on perusing the material on record, this Court delivered the following:

JUDGMENT

Suit is filed for specific performance agreement of sale dated 26-02-2011 and direting the defendants to execute a regular sale deed in favour of the plaintiff for the suit scheduel property in pursuance of agreement of sale dated 26-02-2011 and in default the Honourable court may execute a regular sale deed in favour of the plaintiff and for costs.

Counsel of the plaintiff reported that no instructions from the plaintiff. Plaintiff has not filed extension copy granted by the Hon'ble court nor appear before this court. It shows that plaintiff has no interest to proceed in this case. Hence suit is dismissed for default.
