J U D G M E N T

Appeal filed by the appellants against respondents for setting aside the decree and Judgment dt:14-06-2022 passed in O.S.No.115 of 2013 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur and thereby allow the appeal for item No.1 with costs.

2. Appellants called absent. No representation. Steps of R3 not filed since 01.11.2023. Already sufficient time granted conditional dt:22.2.2024 not complied. Conduct of appellant disclose appellants are not interested to prosecute the appeal. Hence, appeal is dismissed for default without costs.
