This Suit is coming on 17-06-2019 before me in the presence of Sri S. Vidya Sagar, Advocate for the Plaintiff and having stood over for consideration, this Court delivered the following:-

J U D G M E N T

This Suit is filed by the plaintiff praying to divide the suit schedule property into 5 equal shares allotting one such share to the plaintiff, D19 to 21 and out of the same (such 1/4th out of 1/5th share) to the plaintiff by separate metes and bounds by considering the good and bad soil by working out the equities in allotting the foundation portion laid up by the plaintiff in the plaint schedule property in 1st Thaku to the plaintiff if necessary through the process of this Hon'ble Court.

Even though this is posted for dismissal. Plaintiff absent. No representation. It is sufficient the plaintiff is not interested in this suit. Hence this suit is dismissed for default.
